Before co-founding Pairs, Annabelle practiced intellectual property law for nearly nine years, first at leading law firms (Hoyng Rokh Monégier and Aramis), and later through her own practice (Divoy Avocat).

She has been a member of the Paris and New York Bars since 2017 and is also registered as a representative before the Unified Patent Court.

Annabelle advises and litigates across all areas of intellectual property law.

She has extensive experience in patent litigation, having represented clients from a wide range of industries in both domestic and cross-border disputes.

She also has significant pre-litigation and litigation experience in trademark matters (particularly in the retail sector), as well as in design rights and copyright matters (including applied arts, literary publishing, fashion, audiovisual works, and live performance).

She also handles related areas of law connected to intellectual property, such as unfair competition, parasitism, privacy, image rights, and GDPR compliance.

She is a member of several intellectual property practitioners’ associations and is particularly active within the Young Members Committee of the French group of the AIPPI, where she notably initiated the creation of its moot court competition.
