Anaïs Pallut
Anaïs has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2014. She has over 12 years of experience in intellectual property law, advising clients and handling litigation matters.
Before co-founding Pairs, she practised at leading intellectual property law firms, including Hoyng Rokh Monégier and August Debouzy.
Anaïs advises French and international clients on all intellectual property matters, as well as related issues involving unfair competition and parasitic practices, across all sectors.
She has extensive experience in patent law, particularly in managing complex litigation, including the coordination of cross-border disputes. She is registered as a representative before the Unified Patent Court.
She is an active member of several professional associations dedicated to intellectual property. In this capacity, she contributed to drafting the protocol on the development of procedural practices signed between the Paris Judicial Court and the Paris Bar Association on 3 July 2023, which has been regularly updated since.
